At Velasco Cues, every cue is handmade to order — no two are ever exactly alike. Before you complete your purchase, please understand the following:

Product Photos

The images shown for each cue are photos of a previous, customized build. They represent our craftsmanship, materials, and style — not the exact piece you will receive. Your cue will be individually handcrafted based on the design shown or your custom specifications.

Production Timeline

Custom orders take approximately 3 months to complete, from wood selection to final finishing. This timeline reflects the care that goes into each handmade piece. Pre-made, ready-to-ship cues are not affected by this timeline.

Your Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree your custom order will be delivered within this 3-month timeframe.
