At Velasco Cues, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns for Pre-Made Cues
We accept returns for pre-made cue sticks within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us first with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Custom Cue Orders
All custom cue orders are made-to-spec and personalized, therefore they are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started. We encourage customers to confirm all customization details before finalizing their order. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and offer repair, replacement, or refund options as applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Custom orders and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations
Orders for pre-made cues can be canceled before shipment. Custom orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of order confirmation.
